Policy Statement

OCTG Oilfield Services (Pty) Ltd aims to become the industry leader in Tubular Inspection, Repair and Preservation. To do this, OCTG Oilfield Services (Pty) Ltd will attain and consistently provide outstanding product and service quality to its customers, ensure a safe and healthy environment for its employees and minimize its operational impact on the environment. 

 

OCTG Oilfield Services (Pty) Ltd. Developed, implemented, and maintains an Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure the following: 

 

  • Provide products and services of outstanding quality, consistent with customer requirements and regulatory requirements with the aim on full customer satisfaction. 

 

  • Protect our employees, the community, and the environment from any adverse impact on health, safety and environment arising from our activities. 

 

To achieve the above, OCTG Oilfield Services (Pty) Ltd. Is committed to the following: 

 

  • Providing customer satisfaction through outstanding quality, consistent to customer requirements. 
  • Providing and maintaining an adequate safe working environment for all our employees, contractors, and visitors. 
  • Avoid undue risk to human health and adverse impact to the environment. 
  • Prevention of injury, ill health, and prevention of air, water, and land pollution. 
  • To comply with and satisfy the legal requirements in all areas of operation. 
  • Continuous improvement of the IMS. 
  • Ensure the availability of information and necessary resources to achieve our objectives and targets. 
  • Consulting with and encouraging worker participation in IMS related improvement. 
  • Measure the achievements of the continual improvement by setting up and monitoring objectives and targets for the IMS performance indicators. 

 

 

To ensure that OCTG Oilfield Services (Pty) Ltd. Can fulfil its commitments, the following objectives have been set: 

 

  • Maintain current ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 Certification. 
  • Maintain customer satisfaction above 93%. 
  • Maintain Zero Lost Time Injury Rate. 
  • Maintain Zero use of products containing Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC). 
  • Maintain a Zero use of Hazardous Air Pollutant Substance (HAPS) free compounds for preservation of Customer Products. 

 

 

The IMS shall be documented, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 and API Specification Q1. 

 

This Policy shall be communicated internally and made available to interested parties; and 

 

This Policy shall be reviewed annually to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the Company.
